I did a test run with my "Taste of Hawaii" table providing fresh pineapple, coconut, apple bananas, and guava juice and POG.
The surprise hit was the coconut as most of the troops see them on the trees in Hawaii but never actually get to taste them.
Of course, fresh cut pineapple is always a hit as in the mess halls they only serve canned pineapple. I also provided sodas,
as well as some books to read and take with them. Since I was the only volunteer there, only had time to take a few photos.
